THOUGHT OF THE DAY:  EXPECTATIONS

One of the things I enjoyed most at this year's Conference was facilitating the "Just for Dads" sessions.  There was one thing I heard over and over again:  so often, when you parents have children with Moebius Syndrome, doctors and others will tell you all the things that your child will NOT be able to do--to walk, talk, swim, be a contributing member of society, etc etc etc.

But over and over again, your children prove them wrong.  Moral:  always believe they can do it.  Never sell them short.
